Refund Policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
The short version: we refund when we do not deliver. We do not run a trial period, and we would rather say so here than advertise one and argue about it later.
1. Game servers
Servers are billed monthly in advance, and a month already provisioned is not refunded for a change of mind. Cancel from Paymenter whenever you like — the service runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
We refund the month in full when the fault is ours: the server was never provisioned, or it could not run the game it was sold for and we could not fix it.
We do not refund a server that stopped working because of mods, plugins, or a configuration you applied, or because the game itself has a problem. We will still help you fix it — that part is support, not a refund.
2. Web and application projects
Before work starts — that is, before the proposal is accepted and the first payment is booked into the schedule — a deposit is returned in full, minus the payment processor's fee.
Once work has started, the deposit is not refundable: the time it bought has been scheduled and spent.
If we deliver something other than the proposal, we redo it at no cost. If it still does not match what was agreed, we refund the milestone in question.
3. Monthly support
Cancel whenever you like; the month already paid for runs to its end. A month in which we did not attend to a single request you raised is refunded.
4. Processor fees
Payment processor fees are not refundable in any of the cases above. The processor took them at the moment of payment and does not hand them back to us.
5. How to ask
- Write to contact@qalith.com or reach us on Discord.
- Include the email on the order, the invoice number, and what went wrong.
- We answer within one business day.
- An approved refund goes back through the original payment method. How long it takes from there is the bank's business, not ours — usually between 3 and 10 business days.
6. Where this sits
This policy is part of our Terms of Service, and nothing in it removes a right Chilean consumer law gives you.
