Who is behind this site, how to write to us and what is ours. What you buy is covered by the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy; this page is for what those do not cover.

1. Who we are

We are Qalith, a web studio based in Santiago, Chile. We build custom websites and stores, rent game servers and run the hosting of what we build. The store and billing live at pay.qalith.com.

2. What this site is

It shows what we do and what it costs. It is not a closed offer: a custom project starts when you accept a written proposal, and a plan or a server when you complete the order in the store. The price and scope you see when you buy are the ones that apply.

3. What is ours

The design, the text, the code and the name Qalith are ours. Do not copy or resell them without asking us in writing. Linking to us is always welcome.

Technology logos and game names belong to their owners. We show them to say what we work with, and we have no relationship with those companies.

4. Portfolio

The projects in the portfolio belong to their owners. Showing one does not give us or you any right over it.

5. Links and availability

We link to sites we do not run, and we are not responsible for them. We look after this site and try to keep it online, but we cannot promise it will never go down. Hosting and game servers have their own terms.

6. Governing law

Chilean law applies and the courts of Santiago hear any dispute, as the Terms of Service say. Nothing here takes away a right that Chilean consumer law gives you.
