Pricing questions
Do I have to host with you?
No. The site is yours: we can publish it wherever you choose and hand everything over. Monthly hosting is for those who would rather we keep it online.
Is there a trial or free months?
No. Every service is billed from the first month. Hosting cancels with 30 days' notice, support whenever you like, and yearly payment has 15% off.
What happens if I cancel a plan?
We hand over the code, data and access, and the site stays yours. We only stop hosting or attending to it.
What currency do I pay in?
Prices are in USD. You can pay by card in your currency or by transfer; the invoice includes whatever taxes apply in your country.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes. We onboard it with a technical review and migration (USD 49), then it moves to a hosting or support plan.
