Can I change size?
Yes. Write to us and we move it to the plan you need; billing adjusts from the next month.
Is there a refund?
If the server could not be created or could not run the game you bought, we refund you. A delivered server is not refunded for a change of mind. Details in the refund policy.
Do you have other games?
Today we sell Minecraft and Left 4 Dead 2. If you want another game, write to us and we will tell you whether we can set it up and how long it takes.
Who can buy?
People over 18. If you run a community with younger players, a responsible adult makes the purchase.
